By now you are well aware that we will not be celebrating Mass on the weekends, as well as on Tuesdays.
All meetings and other scheduled parish events are also canceled.
In the event there is a death in the family we still will be having funerals; although it is encouraged to invite only the immediate family and close friends.
Since we are all homebound to some decree why not watch or listen to Mass over the TV or radio. Here are some stations offering these services: Sunday Masses at the Cathedral will still be celebrated but without an assembly. The 9:00 AM Mass is available on Radio 920 AM, WOLF, and the 11:00 AM Mass is live-streamed on the Cathedral website. Other Masses are available on WVTV, My24 at 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM, and on WITI Fox 6, at 5:30 AM.
This is a very fluid situation. Things change from hour to hour. Please obey the orders of the professional health people for the good of all. The Archdiocese will be evaluating this situation at the beginning of April. And by all means pray for the victims of the coronavirus, all the First Responders, and all those working in the health field.
